This work is mainly based on the analysis of the collective bargaining agreement, as a conciliatory instrument between the employer and the worker, taking into consideration the evolutionary and historical part, which tries to frame the normative element that is translated into a series of provisions of permanence in time, where it happens to regulate the individual labor relations in the companies. In this sense, we analyze the studies and recommendations made by the International Labor Organization, to give security to the labor regime and therefore provide efficiency in the development of this collective tool. We have undertaken this study on the application of the Collective Bargaining Agreement, where we clearly state that this tool, once its procedural or rigorous stages have been fulfilled, cannot deteriorate the working conditions or affect the contributions subscribed by the parties that sign it.
